How I can help

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who is committed to making therapy a collaborative, affirming, and empowering experience. You’re the expert on you—so I approach my role as a therapist with humility, curiosity, and an open mind. Together we’ll develop a shared understanding of the challenges you’re facing and chart a path towards healing. That might include a lot of different pieces, such as: • Gaining insight around the impact of past experiences • Shifting old patterns that no longer serve you • Working to create and maintain healthy boundaries • Building skills to help reduce harmful behaviors • Expanding your capacity to be kind to yourself • Reconnecting to your body and improving your ability to self-regulate I received my Masters of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018 and began my career providing therapy in inpatient and residential eating disorder treatment settings. I remain committed to helping people make peace with their bodies and food. I also enjoy helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I welcome clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, ethnicities, and body sizes. Finding a therapist who is a good fit for you goes a long way towards making therapy effective. If you think I might be someone you can connect with, please fill out a contact form or call to schedule. I look forward to speaking with you!
